Jal
Jal (water) is one bhoota (element) of panchabhoota (five bhutas) that comprise the universe.
Jal along with Agni (fire) forms Pitta Dosha, one among the tridosha Ayurveda mentions. Jal also combines with Bhoomi (earth) to form Kapha dosha, another dosha of the total of three doshas of tridosha.
The doshas and bhootas have great significance in Ayurveda.
Vayu
Vayu (air) or atmosphere is one component of the panchabhootas. Vayu, along with Akash forms Vata dosha, one among the tridoshas explained in Ayurveda.
Vayu literally means air. It also denotes to Prana (life).
Bhumi
Bhumi is one bhoota of the Panchabhoota (five bhootas or elements of nature). Bhumi with Jal (water) forms the kapha dosha, one among the three of tridoshas.
Akash
Akash (space) is one among the five bhootas of Panchabhoota (five bhootas) that makes the universe.
Akash with Vayu (air) forms Vatha dosha, one among the three of tridoshas explained in Ayurveda.
Agni
Agni (fire) is one bhoota (element) of the panchabhoota (five elements) that comprise the universe.
Agni combines with Jal (water) to form Pitta dosha, one among the three doshas of tridosha explained in Ayurveda.
